We celebrate birthdays of our young toddlers. Birthday of Shivansh Mehra, student of Nursery class was celebrated in the classroom. It was a wonderful time at the birthday celebration in the presence of our Chairperson Mrs. Pavitra Ma’am & Respectable Principal Ma’am, Ms. Bindu Gupta. All the students of Nursery class were full of joy at the cake ceremony. The birthday boy was very much happy at the occasion. He got many amazing gifts. He felt so special on this day. The children danced and played games. Our chairperson Mrs. Pavitra Mam, respectable Principal Mam and all the teachers showered their blessings on the birthday boy.

Spreading brotherhood is another service to Nation. Students of RPS International School, Sector 50 joined the residents of South City-II in celebrating 70th Republic Day. They performed dances, recited poems and songs in praise of the Nation that invoked patriotic feelings among the gathering. RWA President, Mr. Bhardwaj widely appreciated the efforts of the students and congratulated school management. Students were also awarded with certificates.

Say No to E-Waste “it’s time to recycle, reuse and create an Eco-friendly Globe.” RPS International School, Sector 50 (Gurugram) nurtures global citizens and incorporates global issues in specially designed curriculum. Now a days electrical and electronic waste is becoming a threat to the green globe. To understand and combat – the impact of E-waste, school organised a workshop on ‘E-Waste Management’ conducted by a team of experts from Deshwal E-Waste Management on January 2 ... 3,2019. Deshwal Recycles deals with recycling legal & environment friendly methods. Through power point presentation, they apprised students about Hazardous Waste, Non-Hazardous waste.IT Waslages Dismantle Processes, Refurbished and recycle processes Students from classes V to VIII participated whole heartedly showed their concern about the hazards of E-Waste and ensured the right disposal of E-Waste at their homes too.

The doing is often more important than the outcome.” Recognition of efforts of the children embellished with appreciation is an aspect of grooming the persona of a child. Keeping in view this vision, RPS International School, sector 50, Gurugram held a special assembly to honour all the students who participated in junior inter school chess competition hosted by RPS public school, Kosli as well as the winners of the intra-school compe titions held during the winter carnival. Principal of the school, Ms. Bindu Gupta honoured all the participants of Chess Competition with certificates. School also received a trophy of ‘honour of participation' Prizes and certificates were given away to the winners of art and painting competition and sports activities organized during the winter carnival. To fully enjoy the festive season , on December 22,2018, RPS International School Sector 50 organised a winter carnival in the school premises which witnessed immense participation of students. Inter-house Mathematics Quiz Competition  “Mathematics is not about numbers, equations, computations or algorithms, it’s about understanding” RPS International School, Sector 50 thrives on the spirit of competition and quiz competitions help the students to think from the different perspective. It also promotes many skills like teamwork, problem solving skills, time management patience etc. keeping this in view, school organised an Inter-House Mathematics Quiz Competition o n December 21, 2018. The Quiz commenced with the declaration of rules and regulations by the maths teacher, Mr. Krishan who acted as a quiz master too. The students of all the four houses, Ruby, Topaz, Sapphire, Emerald, participated with huge enthusiasm. The atrium was buzzing with cheers from the enthusiastic audience and exhilarated active participants. Visit to Epiphany Church. “Spirituality is an important dimension of the holistic development of young children, much like autonomy, resilience and responsibility. In order to have a real spiritual experience, tiny tots of Pre Primary group of RPS International School Sector 50 Gurugram visited The Epiphany Church on 20th Dec 2018 for commemorating the Christmas festival. Revered Father of the Church was presented a bouquet who welcomed the kids and took them for a round of the Church premises. Children offered prayers inside the sanctum sanctorum. Father explained about the universal message of love, compassion and forgiveness spread by Jesus Christ whose birthday is celebrated as Christmas day.  Children presented a “Thank You” card to the father for such spiritual experience.

Outset of December fills air with festive moods of Christmas. On December 19, 2018, the tiny tots of RPS International school were involved in candy craft activity to showcase their love and gaiety for their favorite festival. They pasted red and white colour circles on A4 size sheet. This was a fun learning activity that fosters self-exploration, colour recognition, grip control, coordination and concentration. The activity was based on the Christmas theme which added enthusiasm of the tiny tots. The young artists surprised teacher with their creativity.
