INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

 The 72nd Independence Day was celebrated with a spirit of patriotism and great fervour at RPS International School Sector 50. The flag was hoisted by Chairperson Ms. Pavitra Rao who graced the function as a  Chief Guest. The special assembly began with the prayer and prayer songs followed by a pledge ceremony to join hands for the peace and harmony in the country. Students mesmerized everyone with their dance performances and musical rendition of patriotic songs followed by a street play on the theme ‘corruption.’ The students disseminated the message of patriotism by visiting the nearby localities and congratulated the residents on Independence Day. On this special occasion Chairperson Ms. Pavitra Rao addressed the gathering and urged everyone to take pride in being an Indian. The event concluded by with the release of  tri-colour balloons to mark the sovereignty of the nation.

INTRA-RPS WISDOM QUIZ To commemorate foundation day of the State of Haryana, RPS International School, Sector50 hosted an INTRA-RPS WISDOM QUIZ on Friday November 01. 2019. The Quiz aimed at creating awareness among the participants about the Vibrant Culture, History and Heritage of the State. The occasion was graced by the Academic Coordinator of RPSGOS, Mr. Vipin Sharma. Twenty seven enthusiasts (class VI - VIII) all RPS branches participated with full zeal and zest . The quiz competition was divided into several rounds including buzzer round, audio-visual round and rapid fire round to engage the students. The participants showcased their mental agility and presence of mind and handled variety of subjects confidently.

Snack party

A funfilled day for junior RPSians wherein they also learnt an important lesson for their life. "Sharing is caring" To instill this value, a snack party was organized for them. They were thrilled and enthusiastic to share their favourite snacks with their fellows. It was indeed a pleasurable day for them.

Dusshera  celebration To convey the message of victory of Virtue over Vice, RPS International School Sector 50 Gurugram celebrated the Dusshera festival on October 17,2018 with a lot of religious zeal and fervour. Teachers of the school presented a musical play to depict the epic the Ramayana. Later the effigy of Ravana, symbolising the evil, was burnt in the school premises.  The Principal of the School ,Ms Mahajan highlighted the significance of the festival.
